Petrobras Longboard Classic
In its 7th edition and valid as a stage of the Brazilian Longboard Championship, the purpose of the tournament is to bring together the best longboard athletes, professionals and amateurs both, in a highly technical competition.
In addition to attracting the mode’s main professional athletes, the competition also encourages the participation of surfers from all other categories (master, super master, legends, super legends, junior and women’s).
The 2008 Longboard Classic stages are scheduled for June 6 to 8, at the Jacareípe Beach (ES); and November 21 to 23, at the Macumba Beach (RJ).
