The By-Law chapters present the laws and norms the company complies with under the control of the Union: Its performance abroad, its energy-related activities, the activities tied to its corporate purpose, over and beyond other general provisions.

The Code of Conduct is formed by the Code of Ethics, the company’s Competition Behavior Code, and by the Federal Senior Administration’s Code of Conduct, established by the government. With this, Petrobras takes-on a public commitment of transparency of its employees and in its relationship with other companies, vendors, customers, and competitors.

Petrobras’ Annual Report renders accounts to the company’s shareholders and to society at large on the results and activities it carried out in the social, administrative and environmental spheres throughout the year. It presents the activities’ main indicators, the Company’s strategy relative to its vision for 2020, over and beyond the oil market’s behavior.
