Petrobras Zero Hunger Program Guidelines Petrobras participates in the structural and emergency policies of the Zero Hunger Program. Priority is given to the federal government and organized society's actions for social inclusion and against poverty and hunger in Brazil. The priority actions of the structural policies are education, and job and income generation. They are converging actions and endeavor to provide autonomy and sustainability to the affected populations. The social projects should be aligned with the Petrobras Zero Hunger Program guidelines: to encourage the population's involvement and joint responsibility in order to assure autonomy and sustainability of the outcome of their actions; to take strategic, systemic and multi-institutional actions, encouraging the different publics of the company's Zero Hunger Program to participate; to contribute to organizing civil society, establishing solidarity in its relations and respect for their diversities, and to confirm the longstanding commitment of Petrobras to participate in the major national challenges.
