Generation of income and work opportunities 70% of the projects with structured Business Plans

60% of the projects apt to generate income and work opportunities with technology and/or infrastructure incorporated by the organization

60% increase in the average per capita income among project participants
Education for Professional Qualification 20% of those participating in professional qualification projects included in the work market

80% of those participating in professionalizing courses and in literacy projects with certificates of completion

60% of those participating in professionalizing courses with certificates acknowledged by the National Professional Certification System (NPCS)

30% of those participating in professional qualification projects with evolving schooling levels
Guarantee of the Rights of Children and Adolescents 60% of those participating in complementary education projects with performance improvements in formal education

80% of those participating in projects aimed to protect children and adolescents completing the entire period of the program

70% of the professionals participating in the Children and Adolescent Right Guarantee System in qualification activities
Direct generation of formal jobs 10.000 jobs generated by direct investments in social projects
