Health, Safety and Environmental Policies (HSE)
Educate, train and commit employees to HSE issues, involving suppliers, communities, competent entities, entities representing employees and other related parties;
Stimulate work force to registering and addressing HSE issues and consider their HSE performance in the company´s consequence and recognition programmes;
Promote health and protect the human being and environment by identifying, controlling and monitoring risks, adapting safety processes to the best world practices and being prepared for emergencies;
Ensure sustainability to projects, enterprises and products throughout their life cycles, taking risks and opportunities into account on economic, environmental and social scales;
Consider ecoefficiency of operations and products, minimizing adverse impacts inherent to the activities of the industry.
