Better Vessel Performance
Thanks to the higher cetane number in its composition (guaranteed minimum: 51), the component that determines diesel fuel ignition quality, the Verana Diesel guarantees a lower speed retake time (up to 6% reduction), better drivability, in addition to lower smoke emissions. The cetane number in its formula is 27.5% above regular maritime diesel fuel specifications (minimum: 40).

This product attends to the National Petroleum, Natural Gas, and Biofuel Agency (NPA) specifications, which are unique to the Brazilian market and have different equivalencies for the other countries.
