Downstream Participações
Downstream Participações was initially established on November 27, 2000 to facilitate the exchange of assets between Repsol YPF and Petrobras. Its principal place of business is in the city of Rio de Janeiro, State of Rio de Janeiro, and it serves as a holding company for the assets acquired in the exchange.
Alberto Pasqualini - REFAP S.A., which is now a subsidiary of Downstream Participações, was established on November 27, 2000 to facilitate the exchange of assets between Repsol YPF and us. Its principal office is in the town of Canoas, State of Rio Grande do Sul, and its objective is the refining, processing, commercialization and import and export of crude oil, oil products and related products, the rendering of services relating to its activities and other related or similar activities.
